Presently working as Associate Professor in GNIOT MBA Institute .Also served other management institutions as a HOD/Senior Faculty member at NCR region. He has a large number of research publications to his credit. He is an author, Researcher, Academician, thinker, Motivator, orator, Corporate Trainer, a social activist & reformer in the field of management.
